God In New York City

 There are many spiritual battles happening in New York City. You don’t think of what that person next to you may be going through spiritually in his or her life. Therefore, the importance of spreading the word of God and living right is crucial.

Many people question the father the son and the holy-spirit. It is my joy to educate people in my home place- New York City, about the father- our creator (God). The son is God’s son he sent for us (flesh) inside a Woman’s womb. The son was a part of God, half human but with the spirit of God. He was sent to us to be free from sin. His name was Jesus. He was an innocent sacrifice. He saved us from sin by dying on the cross for us. However, Jesus is not dead. He lives’ within us from the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the spirit inside us that guides to the way of life. According to my community church “…the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of revival. He is the sacred flame that ignites, the divine river that renews, the holy wine that intoxicates, the sovereign wind that blows where it pleases (We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons).

Not only should New York City should be aware of our creator and savior; but the entire universe he created. It is difficult to be easily distracted by the sinful city we live in. We bump into sin all over New York City. From the train rides to work and school, simply just walking and even in our households.

But just like there’s good, there’s also bad. Referred as the “enemy”. We have hurting people that do not know that they can be saved from this world. People who feel as if they’re alone. . As a community within New York City we should stand in faith and speak the word of God and let the truth be told.
