Same Country Different Atmosphere

When I go to visit my family to Philadelphia it feels like I took a trip to a different country. Philadelphia is about a two hour drive from New York City. They may not seem far from each other but ones to get to Philadelphia it feels like I moved to the other side of the country. New York City is very energetic and everyone moves fast and in Philadelphia it feels like people take their time and it’s not much of a night life as it is in New York City. Philadelphian people to me seem nicer and clam but in New York the people at time don’t seem very nice or clam at all. The times that I have stayed in Philadelphia with my family it was like if you wanted to buy something in a store you needed to ask early because by five a clock all the stores are closing. Not like in New York City where if you need to something at any time a store will be open for you to get it.
One of the best things about living in New York City is the transportation. I believe New York City transportation is the best because nothing is too far away and if it is The MTA will have you cover. The MTA is the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and according to nycgo.com, “It's inexpensive, environmentally friendly and a great way to see sights throughout the five boroughs—and it operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ("NYC Transportation: Getting Around.")”. This is one of the reasons why I believe New York City is great. If you don’t have a car in Philadelphia your don’t moving from your house because everything is far away the transportation I have notice from the times I have taken it takes a long time incontrati to New York city. Both places are great that I believe everyone should visit.
