How is life in San Francisco different from Life in New York City

I would first like to start out by saying their is no place like my home in New York City. With that being said there is something special about visiting a cool, friendly, slow pace environment like San Francisco. When I need a vacation from New York City. When I visited San Francisco the people there were very laid back. The people had no area in saying hello me and they didn't even know. SF is a place where the people not only say hello, but they ask your name, and tell you where the best restaurants and cite seeing places in their town. In contrast my home town New York very little communication with strangers take place. The greatest thing about New York is that most of our expression and communication is shown by the way we dress, where we work, and our social group. People in New York could be as laid back as people in San Francisco, but things are very fast pace here in New York that there just isn't enough hours in the day.

When I visited San Francisco I did not want to leave. A one week vacation just wasn't long enough. The way the homes were built on the hills were amazing. I walked around the neighborhood everyday or I would stare out the window of the house. When I stared I the window it was like I see everything, because everything is on a hill. Another that is very interesting about San Francisco is that "it's never winter". Every morning I woke up it was so foggy I thought it was going to rain. However it didn't rain and it wasn't cold. "People go to sleep early in San Francisco" according to the headline "How is San Francisco different from life in New York City". I disliked everything closing so early, this made me miss New York.

New York is a place where the bars stay open until 4:00 am, and the restaurants close at midnight. In New York your food fast restaurants are usually twenty four hours but not always. In contrast to San Francisco the landscape is flat. The flat makes walking far places easier. There isn't much nature to see unless you go to the zoo or botanical gardens. People in New York usually have to pay to come in contact with nature. But who cares when we can take a train and a bus to Time Square to see the bright lights. There is so much to get into at time square that I mostly just stare at the Skyline and Bright lights. Times Square is the place where you meet and see a lot of people mingling. Times Square is where go you to see tourist and the laid back New York people. I love New York and I wouldn't rather live anywhere else. This is a city that never sleeps and I love it, sorry San Francisco.
